Responsibilities
|
Main responsibility is to support the use and application of the SWIFT application, ensuring that the system is optimally utilized and that the Applications are UP and running.
1. Train users on the system
2. Provide professional user and application support to all users of the system.
3. Ensure that all activity cycles, updating are carried out in accordance with agreed schedules.
4. Provide first level hardware support.

Qualifications
|
- Bsc in computer engineering / communication
- Microsoft certified Professional in windows platform
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.
- Ability to test, and troubleshoot system software.
- Ability to determine Hardware and/or software problems and to coordinate software and /or hardware solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of PC and Servers.
- Knowledge of software security procedures and protocol.
- Ability to determine the nature of computer hardware and systems software problems, and to communicate technical guidance and information to users.
- Work with users requires interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and support new hardware, software and operating systems.
- Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.
- Network infrastructure support experience.
- V. good English skills (writing and speaking)

PKI Technical Engineer
|
|
Responsibilities
|
A member of a small team of PKI designers for developing a solution, to meet customer requirements, Applicant will be using a variety of computer security techniques, technologies, and tools.
Applicant will act as technical support engineer for troubleshooting customer’s incident; he has a regular visit to all clients to meet customer satisfaction.
Applicant will design, develop, and implement PKI technology solutions into highly sensitive computer systems and networks.
Applicant will be involved in all phases of the full systems lifecycle including requirements gathering, preliminary and final design, systems development, integration and testing.
Applicant will also be relied upon to perform or participate in security analysis of existing systems for compliance with security requirements.
Applicant will report directly to the Product security manager

Qualifications
|
· 2+ years developing PKI application using Microsoft API and Java /J2EE development Kits
· 2+ years’ experience implementing PKI technologies into hardware and software desired.
· Experience with PKI and asymmetric key solutions development.
· Experience setting and maintaining a Certificate Authority.
· Expert knowledge of middleware software used to present certificates authentication found on secure tokens to calling Enterprise applications.
· Experience in evaluating and testing new and emerging PKI/PKE technologies and provide solutions for implementation.
· Familiar with a variety of security technologies and tools.

Account Manager “ Sales Representative”
|

Responsibilities
|
Maintains relationships and takes order of existing customers and secures new customers by calling or visiting and performs any duties assigned by the sales manager.
1. Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer facility or contacting by phone.
2. Secures opportunities to quote on customer requirements.
3. Follows up (by phone or visit) on quotations submitted to customers.
4. Establishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (Submits weekly activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer/vendor relationships.
5. Performs all assigned duties in the assigned sales territory.
6. Provides lost business reports on a weekly basis.
7. Provides a territory sales forecast on a monthly basis.

Qualifications
|
· B.S. in engineering or equivalent,( Business Administration ) minimum
· 2 - 4 years' technical Sales Managment experience .
· Awareness of Sales developments in the financial institution field.
- Outside sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well organized.
- Willingness to travel.
